Working as a team makes us more successful

Astican’s mission is to make a team; the best team and therefore this month Astican employees have had a special day.
We organised a team  building event in which Astican staff have participated in activities that improve the team spirit and that help us to create better relationships between us.
The activity was a complete success; we faced challenges that we had to overcome together thanks to the cooperation and effort of all. There was fun, involvement and we learned from each other. We also discovered skills unknown in our work environment of some of our colleagues.

Complicity and team spirit are two of the best things that we got from this experience.

We know that working as a team makes us improve the work environment in the company, making employees happier.
