In 2023, Astican experienced an outstanding year marked by high levels of activity, and the successful execution of major projects.
While our shipyard continued its expertise in repairing various vessel types, notable growth was witnessed in sectors such as dredgers, tanker ships and research vessels.
Also remarkable was our performance in the offshore market, where we carried out repair projects for oil rig support vessels, drillships and platforms. The highlight of the year was the installation of the second CMC on the Valaris DS 8 at our ADQ facilities. Additionally, we provided assistance to the world’s largest offshore vessel, the Seajacks Scylla, dedicated to the transport and installation of offshore wind farms.
Astican’s commitment to flexibility, customer-focused customisation, transparency and on-time delivery makes us the right choice. Our expertise extends to the implementation of ballast water treatment systems, with precise planning, efficient resource management and rapid delivery times.
Astican continues to thrive, meeting the needs of the industry with excellence.
