When the world closed ports the cruise ships had to stop as well, and some of them moved to the Canary Islands. Since then we have had some ships from our excellent customer Cruise Management International Inc. at our facilities. During Covid-19 pandemic have been doing maintenance works awaiting their next assignment.
For them it has been long months of waiting, but they are ready and anxious to resume operations and continue doing what they do best, which is to contribute to unforgettable guests’ experiences.
Astican is currently working to get these ships ready to go to the sea and ensure the resumption of operations.
We are pleased that our customers can announce the return to service this summer and we expect some momentum when it comes to cruising going into 2022.
We wish all Cruise ships fair winds and following seas!
