Astican received an award for Excellence in HR of the Canary Islands 2021.

ASTICAN has received the “VI Edición de los Premios a la Excelencia en RRHH de Canarias2021” for the development of our Culturnova project, from Rumbo 28.
This award granted by Aguilar Abogados, Adecco, Link Soluciones and Wolters Kluwer and with the participation of FREMAP and the collaboration of Colegios Oficiales de GraduadosSociales( Chartered Institute of Labour Experts) in both provinces, is a recognition for emphasize the best management practices, policies, and initiatives of people within companies and organizations in the Canary Islands.
The Culturnovaproject is being a project with interesting actions that encompass our human resources policy, helping each of its professionals to materialize the values of the organization on a daily basis, providing them with the appropriate tools, strategies and knowledge suitable for them to develop.
The huge effort made has been worth. It has contributed to our labour and personal well-being, improving our commitment to our Mission, Vision and Values.
Thanks to all those who have contributed to the development of Culturnova, who with their performance have made it possible for us to be awarded.
